Please note the following:
It is mandatory for all 2nd Year students to do Internship/Fieldwork/School Practice during the June-July holiday. You should have paid an extra fee as per the course charges for the exercise and make sure you are allocated a Supervisor, before you leave for holidays. Dear students, please visit your faculties for the faculty specifics concerning these activities.

In light of the above, the affected students need to observe that;
Beginning with Semester I 2022/2023 you will be under the indicated Faculty and therefore you will report and transact all academic affairs in the faculty.
All your results, timetables and consultations related to academics will be handled in the receiving faculty.
In case of any need for further clarification consult the Deans and Faculty Administrative Assistants.
Semester I of 2022/2023 will commence for the weekend programme on Saturday, 30th July 2022 and Monday, 1st August 2022 for the day programme. Lectures will begin promptly and registration for all students will begin immediately.
All students are required to have 100% before reporting for the Semester. In the unlikely event that a student fails to pay 100%, he/she must pay 60% or more at the beginning of the Semester. All payments are done using the ZEEVARSITY SYSTEM, in case of any challenges with the system please contact the ICT Department on +256-392-730-326. You are reminded that Dead Year/Semester should be always applied for within the first four (4) weeks after commencement of the Semester.
The students should adhere to the values of the University; please read the Ndejje University policies.
Continuing students please pick your next Semester lecture timetables and faculty specific communication from the Faculty Administrative Assistants.
Finalist student please, take note of the following:
You are reminded to update your bio data in the ARMS portal with a recent coloured passport photo, correct names, date of birth (in accordance with your previous academic documents) and hall of attachment; confirm and sign your partial results before you leave the University this Semester.
Clear all your obligations with the University in preparation for graduation. Graduation is tentatively set for Friday 14th October 2022 at the Main Campus.
