Location
The Graduate School is located on Plot 160, Block 8, Muteesa I Road, Rubaga Hill (towards Rubaga Hospital, off the Mengo-Wakaliga-Nateete Road). It is a component of the University’s Kampala Campus. Its mandate is to coordinate and administer all matters related to the Graduate Programmes offered by the University.Why you should study at Ndejje University

Entry Requirements for PhD Programme
Applicants should have:
1. A Master’s Degree in Business Management, or its equivalent.
2. A Research outline (synopsis) of 3 to 5 pages in the relevant field.
3. Certified copies of all academic and professional credentials.
4. 2 (two) letters of reference from academic referees.
5. A certificate of ENGLISH PROFICIENCY(both spoken and written) for Applicants from non-English speaking countries/without an English background.
Duration:
The minimum duration of the PhD programme is 3 academic years, while the maximum is 5 years.
Application for PhD is by:
1. Either downloading (see website) or collecting Application Forms from the Accounts Offices at both Campuses (after paying the application fee of UGX 150,000/=
2. Filling and returning the Application Forms to either the Graduate School or the Academic Registrar’s Offices at any of the campuses (Kampala or Main).
Fees and Modes of Payment:
The fees cover Tuition and Functional charges. In the effort to ease and improve efficiency in Fees management, a modern electronic Fees management system known as ZEEVARSITY was introduced.
Entry Requirements for Other Academic Programmes:
Master’s ProgrammesApplicants for Masters’ Programmes should possess an Honours Degree in a relevant field/discipline from a recognized University/Institution of Higher Learning, plus at least 2 years working/post-graduation experience.
In the case of Master of Education, a BA or B.Sc Education, or BA/B.Sc (Hons) with concurrent Diploma in Education (at least Second Class).
Duration: The minimum duration of the Master’ Programmes is 2 academic years, while the Postgraduate Diploma is 1 AcademicYear, while the maximum is 4 and 2 years, respectively.
Application Fees
The Application Fee for Master’s and Postgraduate Diplomas is UGX 70,000.00.

Registration Requirements.
• Students must register within 1 month of the commencement of the Semester/Session. Failure to register within the prescribed frame will lead to payment of a late Registration Penalty.
• A student is expected to pay all the Semester/Session Fees prior to the commencement of the Semester/Session.
Nevertheless, in a situation where one is unable to pay the entire Fees amount at a go, a minimum of 60% of all the University dues should be paid.
• For registration, all new students must present original Admission Letters, original Academic Transcripts and Certificates(and any other relevant documents) for verification on reporting.
• All new students must register with the ZEEVARSITY system to enable them get an Identification Number and get their data captured into the University system. This will enable them to open up an electronic card that will permit them to access all University services.
