The training will cover topics such as <strong>content creation<\/strong>, <strong>trending technologies<\/strong> in eLearning, and the effective use of <strong>Moodle<\/strong> (Ndejje University\u2019s Learning Management System). The sessions will also delve into <strong>best practices for online teaching<\/strong>, <strong>innovative digital tools<\/strong>, and how faculty can maximize the potential of digital platforms to enhance student engagement and success.<\/p><p>Mr. <strong>Walusimbi Allan<\/strong>, the <strong>Team Leader for Academic Information Systems<\/strong> and <strong>eLearning Coordinator<\/strong>, emphasized the significance of this training for faculty and staff. He urged everyone to participate, highlighting the importance of eLearning in shaping the future of education at Ndejje University. He encouraged all attendees to take full advantage of the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills that will not only enhance their teaching methodologies but also contribute to the overall growth and digital transformation of the university.<\/p><p>With the rapid growth of digital technology, it is essential that educators are equipped with the tools and strategies to engage students effectively in the online learning environment.
