Kampala, Uganda – Ndejje University is set to host its First eLearning Staff Week from Tuesday, 21st January 2025 to Friday, 24th January 2025, under the theme “Empowering Education Through Digital Transformation: Innovate, Engage, Excel.” This transformative event will bring together faculty, staff, and administrators to enhance their eLearning skills, integrate emerging digital technologies into their teaching practices, and strengthen the delivery of quality education.
The event is designed to empower participants with the skills and tools necessary to create dynamic, engaging online learning experiences. The training will cover topics such as content creation, trending technologies in eLearning, and the effective use of Moodle (Ndejje University’s Learning Management System). The sessions will also delve into best practices for online teaching, innovative digital tools, and how faculty can maximize the potential of digital platforms to enhance student engagement and success.
Mr. Walusimbi Allan, the Team Leader for Academic Information Systems and eLearning Coordinator, emphasized the significance of this training for faculty and staff. He urged everyone to participate, highlighting the importance of eLearning in shaping the future of education at Ndejje University.
