Application procedure
Ndejje University offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Masters, Diploma and Doctorate levels. Prospective students should apply through the online admissions portal, or visit any of our Campuses to obtain forms from Admissions Office fill and return them before the deadline date set by the Admissions Office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate Semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a Session.
Application is made through filling the application form online at the admissions portal. Or filling physical forms which can be obtained from Admissions Office at either Kampala or Main campus.

And any other relevant information may be obtained from admissions Offices, at either Main Campus in Ndejje (Luweero District), or Kampala Campus at Mengo – Balintuma Road.
Non-refundable application fee of UG Shs.50,000/= plus Bank charges should be paid from the following banks or bank agents using generated pay-in codes:

After paying, each applicant must attach a copy of the pay-in slip to the Application Form and submit in the application system at https://admissions.ndu.ac.ug/ or Admissions Office
