We extend our heartfelt congratulations once again on your successful completion of studies and graduation. Your hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed.
However, we sincerely apologize for the delay in distributing academic documents, which were initially scheduled for Friday, 11th October 2024. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the documents could not be issued on that day.
This notice serves to inform you that Transcripts and Certificates will be available for collection starting on Monday, 28th October 2024, from 10:00 AM at the Academic Registrar’s Office, Main Campus.
Important Instructions:
To successfully collect your academic documents, ensure you present the following:

- All payment slips for your entire period of study.

- Student registration cards for all the years you were enrolled at the University.

- Clearance forms from the Bursar’s Office.
We encourage you to have all required documents ready to avoid delays during collection.
