Ndejje University is proud to announce that its IEEE Student Chapter represented the university at the prestigious IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S) one-day workshop held on October 18, 2025, at Carnegie Mellon University, Kigali Campus.
The workshop, themed “MHz to THz Technologies for Ubiquitous Connectivity,” brought together brilliant young minds, researchers, and professionals to explore emerging microwave and terahertz technologies shaping the future of global communication and connectivity.
Ndejje University was represented by Bill Aturinda and Namanya Elly, who joined delegates from other Ugandan institutions, including Makerere University, Kyambogo University, Mbarara University of Science and Technology, and the Ernest Cook Ultrasound Research and Education Institute.
This milestone underscores the exceptional talent, innovation, and global exposure of Ndejje University students and reaffirms the university’s commitment to academic excellence, research, and technological advancement.
