Ndejje University invites applications from eligible and competent firms as well as individual service providers for pre-qualification and bidding for the provision of works, services, and supplies for the period 2026 to 2028. This initiative forms part of the University’s commitment to strengthening service delivery, operational efficiency, and institutional growth
Categories for Pre-Qualification
The pre-qualification exercise covers a wide range of categories, including but not limited to:
A. Supplies
These include office stationery, fuel (diesel and petrol), ICT equipment and consumables, furniture and office equipment, electrical materials, uniforms and protective wear, construction and plumbing materials, laboratory reagents, medical drugs and equipment, sports and agricultural equipment, engineering and environmental materials, general supplies, dental equipment and services, and plumbing equipment
B. Provision of Services
The University seeks service providers in areas such as printing and graphic design, branding and signage, ICT servicing and maintenance, catering equipment repair, fumigation and pest control, travel and tour services, garbage collection, insurance services, generator servicing, fire extinguisher maintenance, engineering services, catering, cleaning, security, architectural design, motor vehicle servicing, and other professional and technical services
C. Works
Applications are also invited for construction, building and renovation works; consultancy services for quantity and land surveying; architectural works; and carpentry works
Access to Pre-Qualification Documents
Pre-qualification documents are available starting Monday, 5th January 2026, at the Procurement Office, Ndejje University Kampala Campus, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 250,000 per category. Payments are made to the University’s Centenary Bank account as officially designated
Submission of Applications
Completed pre-qualification documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the relevant category, and addressed to:

The deadline for submission is Friday, 30th January 2026, at 4:00 PM. Bid opening takes place on the same day at the Ndejje University Kampala Campus, and all bidders are welcome to witness the process.
