Ndejje University is proud to be part of the national safe space campaign against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) happening today at Makerere University to promote safe learning environments in Universities. Spearheaded by Dr. Primrose Nakazibwe, Director of the Directorate of Research and Innovation at Ndejje University, this event unites students from institutions of higher learning across the country to promote safe environments in universities.
Our university has the honor of showcasing the best skit in the fight against GBV, reflecting our deep commitment to raising awareness and promoting change. This skit has been recognized as the top performance at the event, placing Ndejje University at the forefront of this important movement.
In addition to the skit, we are also presenting our innovative practices as part of the O3 Plus program. Ndejje University’s Kyooto innovation has gained National attention, allowing us to showcase the best practices among O3 Plus implementing institutions.
We are thrilled that our innovations continue to gain National and Regional recognition.
Last year, Dr. Primrose Nakazibwe represented East Africa at a conference in Zambia, where Ndejje University was celebrated for the best regional innovation among African implementing institutions.
As this event unfolds, we are excited to see Ndejje University make headlines and stand tall in the national spotlight. Join us in celebrating this milestone as we work together to combat GBV and drive innovation forward!
